Brandergate Account Management


Create a new account


Overview

To use our Software, you will first need to create an account. Signing up for a brandergate account is free. To get started, head over to brandergate.com and click Sign up. 


After your registration, on the right side of the site's navigation bar, you will find two icons for notifications and the user icon. The user icon has a drop-down menu with options for accessing the User Dashboard, Account Settings, the Knowledge Base, and logging out.


User Information

Next, fill out your user details, such as first and last name, valid email address, and password. Make sure that your password is as strong as possible. Use eight or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. To create an account, click the Danube Blue button to register and confirm your email address.



Email Confirmation

To confirm your email address, please enter the valid code, which will be sent via email after registration, and confirm. Occasionally, our emails might end up in spam or junk folders, so remember to check there. If you can't find the email, please reach out to support.



Occupation and Industry

After confirming the email address, please choose your occupation and Industry from the corresponding drop-down bars. Finally, click Next to finalize setting up your account.



Account Types

To start using the platform, please choose your plan and click start. For Plans and Pricing, go here. After you choose your plan, you will be directed to your Projects' Dashboard. If you choose ABI Analyst: Agency plan, our representative will contact you shortly.




User Dashboard



Overview

The User Dashboard is the central hub for accessing your Brandergate's Artificial Branding Intelligence (ABI) projects. After logging in, you will be taken to the User Dashboard, where you can access your projects and explore Project Samples.


The User Dashboard has two tabs: "Your Projects" and "Project Samples". The Project Samples tab is always open and can be explored by all users, including those with free accounts or suspended accounts. The "Your Projects" tab lists all the projects the user created. 


Each Project is displayed with the following information: Project Name, Project Type, Date Created, Date Modified, and Status. You can rearrange the list of projects by clicking on the column title, such as "Project Name" or "Date Modified."


In the User Dashboard, you can manage and access all of your ABI projects, as well as explore and learn from Project Samples. If you have any questions or issues accessing the User Dashboard, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


My Projects

To see your projects click on the My Projects Tab. Here you can see your projects arranged by project name, project type, date when the Project was created, date when the Project was modified, and the project status that shows whether the Project is active or is a draft. You can rearrange projects as you like by simply clicking on their field description (i.e., Project name, Project type, etc.).



Projects Samples

Click on the Projects Samples Tab to see examples of the projects and explore how you can analyze and create brands. Here you can find ABI Analyst as well as ABI Brander Project examples. Please feel free to explore sample projects and discover how brands could be explored and analyzed.



Create Project

To create a project, click on the Projects drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the navbar> Create Project> [Project you want to create, i.e., ABI Analyst or ABI Brander]. To start creating your Project, type your project name, select your subscribtion from the drop-down menu and click Create.



Open Project

To open the Project, go to My Projects, select the My Projects tab, and then click on the Project you want to open.


Rename Project

You can rename the Project by clicking the Pencil Icon located along the Project's name you want to rename.



Delete Project

You can delete the Project by clicking the Cross Icon located along the Project's name you want to delete.




Account Settings


Overview

You can revise and edit your Account Settings by clicking on Profile Picture in the upper right corner of the navbar, then click Account Settings.


User info

You can revise and edit your user information by selecting User Info from the left sidebar. Here, you can change your profile picture, first and last name, email address and password, and occupation and Industry.

 


You can upload your profile picture by clicking the Upload new Picture button. To change your picture, do the same, and click on the Upload new Picture button. To delete your picture, click on the Remove button.


To change your first and last name, click the corresponding field, fill it out, and click the Save button. To change your Occupation or Industry, select your choice from the given menus and then save by pressing the Save button.


Change Email Address

In order to change your email address, you should click on the Email Address field, then enter your password and your new email address. Next, please retype your new email address and then click Save.

 

You will receive an email with a confirmation code. To confirm your email address, please click on the link provided in the email, enter the code, and press confirm.

 

 Occasionally, our emails might end up in spam or junk folders, so don't forget to check there. If you can't find the email, please reach out to support.


Change Account Password

In order to change your password, click on Change Password. Next, enter your current password, then your new password. Finally, please retype your new password to confirm and then click Save.


Forgot password

If you forgot your password, please click on Forgot password. You will be redirected to the Password Recovery page. Next, enter your email address, click send, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

 

Follow the link you received, enter your new password, confirm it and click save.

 

Occasionally, our emails might end up in spam or junk folders, so don't forget to check there. If you can't find the email, please reach out to support.


Contact info

You can revise and edit your contact info here, including your street address, city, state, zip / postal code, and country of residence. To make changes, please select the relevant field, fill it out, and click the Save button.



Email Preferences

Here you can change your email communications preferences by selecting or deselecting radio buttons and then click the Save button.

 


Product updates - Important info on new features and products. We may also ask for your feedback on occasion.

 

Brandergate offers - These emails may include special upgrade offers, limited-time events, or coupons.

 

Brandergate blog - A newsletter that includes valuable tips and information on Branding.

 

Unsubscribe from all email lists - You will still receive important transactional and billing-related emails.


Subscriptions

you can revise and edit your subscription plans by selecting Subscriptions from the left sidebar. It will redirect you to Stipe, our partner's site. For security reasons, Stipe processes all our transactions, so we are not storing sensitive information (like credit card info) on our side.



Notifications

Here you will find all the messages the system will send you.
