We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into an easy-to-use and seamless experience for our clients.

Your as a UI/UX Designer responsibilities will include gathering user/product requirements, planning and developing user experience components, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Ultimately, you'll create functional and appealing features that address our clients' needs and help us grow and maintain our customer base.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Develop the strategies of UI/UX Development of the software (with respect to Brandergate's brand guidelines and style guides)
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mindmaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc. 
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (images, sketches, tables, infographics, etc.)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images (with respect to Brandergate's brand guidelines)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field is a plus
